How to enroll in online banking

Creating your login is quick. Have a few details ready and follow these five steps.

    Open the enrollment page

    Go to onpointcu.com and choose Enroll in the login area, or open the OnPoint Mobile app and tap to enroll as a first-time user.

    Verify your identity

    Enter the details that match your membership — such as your account or member number, Social Security Number, and date of birth — to confirm it's you.

  3. 3

    Create your Login ID and password

    Choose a unique Login ID and a strong password you don't use anywhere else. This becomes your online banking login.

    Set up verification

    Add a phone number or email so OnPoint can send one-time verification codes to protect your account.

  5. 5

    Log in and add the app

    Sign in for the first time, then download the OnPoint Mobile app and turn on Face ID or Touch ID for faster future logins.
