How to reset your login

Whether it's your password or Login ID, the safe recovery flow is the same. Always start at onpointcu.com or in the OnPoint Mobile app.

  1. 1

    Open the login screen

Go to onpointcu.com and open the login area, or launch the app, then choose Forgot login ID or Forgot password.

  2. 2

    Tell us who you are

Enter the Login ID or the email/phone on file so OnPoint can locate your account and start identity verification.

  3. 3

    Verify your identity

Approve the one-time verification code sent by text, email, or phone call — no trip to the branch required.

  4. 4

    Create a new password

Set a brand-new, unique password. This also unlocks an account that was locked from too many failed sign-in attempts.

  5. 5

    Sign in again

Return to the login screen and sign in with your recovered Login ID and new password on the web or in the app.

Is your account locked?

Too many incorrect sign-in attempts will temporarily lock your account to protect you. Resetting your password unlocks it right away. If you still can't get in, our team can help.
