First-time sign-in

  1. 1Enroll and verify your identity with your account or member number, SSN, and date of birth.
  2. 2Create a unique Login ID and a strong password you don't reuse anywhere else.
  3. 3Add a phone number or email so OnPoint can send one-time verification codes.
  4. 4Sign in for the first time, then switch on Face ID or Touch ID in the app.

  1. 1Go to onpointcu.com and select Login, or open the OnPoint Mobile app.
  2. 2Enter the Login ID and password you created at enrollment.
  3. 3Approve the one-time verification code if you're on a new device.

Where do I sign in to my OnPoint account?
Sign in from onpointcu.com using the Login button, or open the OnPoint Mobile app. Both use the same Login ID and password.
Why is my OnPoint account locked?
Your account may lock after several incorrect sign-in attempts as a security measure. Use Forgot password to reset and unlock it, or call Member Services at 800-527-3932.
How do I reset my OnPoint password?
On the login screen choose Forgot password, verify your identity, and create a new password. You can then sign in again right away on the web or in the app.
Can I use the same login on mobile and desktop?
Yes. The same Login ID and password work on the desktop online banking site and in the OnPoint Mobile app.
How do I set up Face ID or fingerprint login?
Sign in to the OnPoint Mobile app once with your Login ID and password, then enable Face ID, Touch ID, or a passcode in the app's settings for faster future logins.
